Booking

How do I book?

Choose a tour, message us on WhatsApp or fill the contact form with your preferred date, departure city, group size, and tour type. We confirm availability and send a quote within a few hours.

Can I book for tomorrow?

Yes — WhatsApp us as early as possible. We confirm next-day bookings subject to availability.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No deposit required for bookings made 48+ hours in advance. Payment by cash or bank transfer on tour confirmation; online card payment launching soon.

Can I book a private tour?

Yes — message us with your date and group size. Private rates from €200 per vehicle up to 4 people.

Payment

How do I pay?

Cash on the day, or by a secure payment link we send you after booking confirmation. No deposit required for bookings made 48+ hours in advance.

What currency?

EUR is the display currency. Local currency (BAM, HRK) accepted at spot rate where applicable. Entrance fee at the falls is in BAM or EUR cash.

Departure & pickup

Where is the pickup?

Depends on the tour. Mostar tours meet at Food House Mostar (Rade Bitange 12). Sarajevo pickup at Gazi Husrevbegova 75 or hotel. Dubrovnik pickup at Pile Gate. Split pickup at the Riva waterfront.

What if I'm staying outside the pickup zone?

We provide a central meeting point instead — typically a well-known square or landmark.

What if I'm late?

The driver will wait up to 10 minutes. If you miss pickup, call or WhatsApp us immediately — we sometimes can re-route.

What to bring

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes, a swimsuit underneath, walking shoes for the park paths.

Do I need water shoes?

Helpful but not essential. The rocks around the pool are pebbled rather than sharp.

Is cash needed at Kravica?

Yes — bring €10 / 20 BAM cash per person for the park entrance fee. Card readers at the gate are unreliable.

Tour duration

How long do I get at the falls?

Minimum 2 hours on every tour. Mostar half-day gets 4 hours; full-day gets 3 hours; private is flexible.

Can I extend my time?

Not on group tours — we leave when the group leaves. Private bookings can tailor timing.

Cancellation & flexibility

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. 24–48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. See full policy.

What if the weather is bad?

Tours run in light rain. Serious weather — we reschedule or refund, your choice.

What if I test positive or get sick?

Let us know as early as you can. We'll usually move the booking or refund as a goodwill gesture outside the 24h window.

Border crossings (Dubrovnik & Split)

Do I need a passport?

Yes for non-EU citizens. EU citizens can use a national ID card.

How long is the border?

Usually 10–15 minutes each way. Up to 30 minutes at peak August afternoons.

Do I get my passport stamped?

Sometimes, depending on the officer. If you want a stamp, ask politely.
